Q1. Are you a factory or a trader?
A1. We are a source manufacturer with an independent oversea department, we have our own R&D team, technical department, production workshop, laboratory, QC department, businsee department and aftersale service.
Q2. Are all custom products?
A2. Yes, we do not have standard items, all products are customized according to buyer's requirements.
Q3. What information is needed to customize a file folder?
A3. Customer need to provide design drawing or sample, both are available for us.
Q4. What format of design document need to be provided?
A4. We'll prefer vector diagram, format like CDR, AI, EPS, or PDF, etc
Q5. What does the sample cost include?
A5. Tooling cost, include printing plates, die cutting, test fixture etc.
Q6. Is there any MOQ requirement?
A6. Usually start from 1000pcs. But larger quantity will be much efficient in price.
