Poron Foam Characteristics
Poron is a high-density polyurethane foam that's used for sealing, insulation, and cushioning. This durable, open cell foam has strong compression set resistance, which makes Poron gaskets a good choice for shock absorption and impact protection.
Poron foam does not contain plasticizers or residual chemicals and will not contaminate devices or become brittle. Inherently flame retardant, Poron gaskets meet UL flammability standards and can resist many petroleum products, automotive fluids, and chemicals.
